dina’s sound healing story
When I feel anxiety, stressed out, holding on to negative energy or feel heaviness in my heart, I have been blessed to be a part of RO’s Sound & Reiki events.
Through RO’s sound baths I am given the opportunity to let go of all the burdens and observe my body return to a state of calm and well-being! Through my intention and being present in the moment, listening to the distinct sounds composed by the different instruments, sometimes even RO’s enchanting voice, I have experienced a deep serenity within my body and mind. My stress and anxiety disappears.
After the bath, I can sense an increased focus and clarity towards my goals and an incredible boosts of energy!
I love all the benefits that I have gotten through my sessions with RO, my most favorite one of all is the elevated connection to my spirit and inner guru!
Thankful, grateful and blessed by your presence in my life and I look forward to our journey together through co creating and learning to navigate life’s journey through different healing practices and strengthen our purpose in life.
